The guidance in the Brightspace Guidance Portal has been created by the UHI Educational Development Unit specifically for UHI colleagues teaching and supporting students enrolled on UHI courses.
In addition to these resources, there is a wealth of resources developed by Desire2Learn (D2L), the makers of Brightspace. Once you have learned the basics in Brightspace you may like to explore the D2L resources, however you need to be aware that the terminology may be slightly different and UK GDPR compliance may restrict some actions.
A great way to find out what UHI colleagues are saying about Brightspace is to join staff Brightspace by D2L Yammer group. Use it to share your good news stories and pose your questions.
