This is a problem-based learning (PBL) resource. Its aim is to provide you with realistic scenarios and problems from the business world. As you work through the material you will draw on your own knowledge and experience while developing information gathering, critical thinking and problem solving skills that will benefit you in the workplace.

This PBL is based on a case study of Sony, it will help you understand how issues of public concern affect an organisation and industry.
